VOLUNTEER SERVICE
The school is a community of students, staff, parents and parish personnel. All
members must be of service in order for the community to function well. Each family
is asked to contribute a minimum of 30 hours of service per year with 20 of those hours
devoted to the school’s fund-raising /development efforts. For single parent families,
these hours are reduced by half. Our community has been fortunate to have many
talented members. Volunteerism allows everyone an opportunity to share their special
talents for the benefit of the community.
Volunteer commitments are coordinated by the volunteer chairpersons. A childcare
co-op has been organized to enable parents to have the time to fulfill their volunteer
commitment. Families paying full cost may have the fundraising portion of the
volunteer hours waived. Incomplete volunteer hours will result in the family’s loss of a
reserved place in the school for the upcoming school year.
Below is a list of all the volunteer positions available plus a volunteer profile form to be filled out by each family at the start of the school year.
