FINANCIAL AID

Financial Aid is available to assist those Catholic families who could not otherwise afford the tuition costs. Our Lady of the Lake School uses the Archdiocesan approved FACTS Management Co. to process all financial aid applications. The application fee is $20, which may be waived in case of hardship. Please see the principal for further information. Financial aid forms will be sent home to all current families.

Using FACTS, Our Lady of the Lake School assists families to determine need levels and allocation of available funds for financial assistance.

FACTS Grand and Aid Assessment is a professional service that assists private and parochial schools to manage their tuition. It provides Our Lady of the Lake School with an analysis of a family’s key personal and financial information to evaluate need for financial aid.

If financial assistance is needed, a family must apply each year.

If a family’s financial situation has changed during the year, such that it is unable to meet its Tuition Payment Contract, the family must contact the Principal immediately to arrange for a payment plan. The family must apply for financial assistance.

A family will receive a Tuition Payment Contract after a determination is made.

A family may be admitted conditionally, if it fulfills the criteria with the procedure: “Admission Requirements For Current Families Re-Enrolling at OLL School”.

Once funds for financial assistance are determined and admission requirements are met, a family’s application will be processed and space will be reserved at Our Lady of the Lake School for the upcoming year.
